1. Do I need to know how to swim to dive?
If you’re just trying diving for fun (Intro Dive), you don’t need to know how to swim — you’ll always be with a certified instructor who keeps you safe and guides you underwater.
However, if you're planning to join an Open Water course, basic swimming skills are required for your safety and certification.
2. What’s the difference between daily diving and a safari trip?
Daily diving means you dive during the day and return to shore after. A safari trip is a liveaboard experience where you spend multiple days on a boat, diving remote, world-class sites.
3. Do you provide diving equipment, or should I bring my own?
We provide full diving equipment for rent. You can bring your own if you prefer — just let us know in advance.
4. Are the courses suitable for total beginners?
Absolutely! Our beginner courses are designed for people with no prior experience. You’ll learn everything step by step in a safe and fun way.
5. How can I book, and what are the payment options?
You can book directly via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form. Payment can be made in cash, by transfer, or through online options (based on availability).
6. Can I snorkel if I can’t swim?
Yes! You’ll wear a life vest and be guided by our instructors. Many non-swimmers enjoy snorkeling in shallow, calm waters.
7. Can I join even if I’m traveling solo?
Of course. We often have solo travelers join our daily dives and safaris. It’s a great way to meet other passionate divers.
8. Is there someone who can meet me at the airport?
We don’t arrange accommodation, but we can help you organize airport pickup or transfers if needed.
9. Can I start a diving course right away, or should I try first?
You can jump into a course directly, but we recommend trying an intro dive first if you're unsure. It gives you a taste of the experience with no pressure.
10. What’s the difference between snorkeling and scuba diving?
Snorkeling is done at the surface with a mask and fins — no heavy gear. Scuba diving takes you deeper with full equipment and a tank, allowing you to explore real underwater life.
11. What’s the minimum age to join a course?
The minimum age for most beginner courses is 10 years old (Open Water certification). We also offer fun and safe programs for kids younger than that.
12. Do you offer insurance for divers?
We always prioritize safety. While we don’t provide insurance directly, we offer guidance if you wish to arrange your own dive insurance.
13. Is there Wi-Fi or electricity onboard?
Our safari boats have electricity for charging devices. Wi-Fi is limited due to location. Daily boats don’t usually have internet onboard.
14. Are meals included on the trips?
Yes! On safari trips, you’ll get 3 full meals daily, plus snacks, drinks, and fruits. Daily diving trips include lunch, water, soft drinks, and fruits during the day.
15. Are your trips suitable for families?
Definitely! We can customize trips for families and kids, including snorkeling, island visits, or relaxing experiences. Private boat trips to Orange Bay Island are also perfect for families and photo lovers.
16. What happens if the weather is bad?
We monitor weather conditions closely. If it's unsafe, we’ll inform you and offer rescheduling or alternatives. Your safety comes first.
